Adam’s Detailing is a locally owned mobile auto detailing service dedicated to restoring and maintaining the appearance of vehicles with professional care and attention to detail. The business was started to build something meaningful for my family and provide reliable service to the community. After being diagnosed with leukemia, suffering a broken back, and dealing with global nerve degeneration, I chose to keep working hard and moving forward. I am a husband and father who believes in honest work, strong effort, and treating every customer’s vehicle with respect. Adam’s Detailing focuses on quality results, convenience, and customer satisfaction while bringing professional mobile detailing directly to homes and workplaces.
All applicable services are subject to Ohio state and local sales tax. The current combined sales tax rate for the Cincinnati / Hamilton County area is 7.8%. This tax will be added to the final invoice where required by law.
A mobile convenience fee may apply depending on distance, travel time, and service location accessibility. This fee helps cover fuel, travel time, and transport of equipment.
Vehicles requiring excessive cleaning due to heavy dirt, pet hair, stains, mold, or biohazards may incur an additional fee. This will always be discussed and approved before work begins.
Oversized vehicles such as large SUVs, trucks, vans, or lifted vehicles may incur an additional charge due to increased time, product usage, and labor.
Appointments located outside our standard service area may include an additional travel charge depending on distance and time required.
Vehicles containing excessive pet hair that requires specialized tools and additional time may incur an additional fee.
Vehicles with excessive mud, sand, salt, spills, stains, or buildup may require additional labor and products. A condition fee may apply depending on severity.
Vehicles containing vomit, blood, urine, or other bodily fluids require specialized sanitation procedures and may incur an additional cleaning charge.
In rare cases where seats must be removed to properly clean carpeting or reach contamination underneath, an additional labor charge may apply.
If the service location does not provide water or electricity, onboard water tanks or generator equipment may be used for a small additional fee.
If the customer is more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment without notice, a late fee may apply or the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
If water or electrical access is unavailable at the service location, a small equipment usage fee may apply for onboard water or generator use.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, or digital payment.

We proudly offer mobile detailing services throughout the greater Cincinnati area. Our standard service radius includes locations within approximately 25 miles. Appointments outside this range may still be available but could include an additional travel fee depending on distance and travel time.
Appointments can be scheduled in advance and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred date and time. Confirmation will be provided once the appointment is scheduled.
Some services may require a small deposit to secure your appointment, particularly for larger jobs or full detailing packages. Deposits are applied toward the final balance of the service.
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid. Emergencies and severe weather situations will always be handled with understanding.
As a mobile service, weather conditions can affect scheduled appointments. In the event of heavy rain, lightning, freezing temperatures, or other unsafe conditions, appointments may need to be rescheduled. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time.
Please inform us ahead of time if your vehicle has excessive pet hair, mold, bodily fluids, heavy stains, or extreme buildup of dirt or debris. This helps ensure we schedule the appropriate time and resources for the job.
Customers are asked to remove personal items from their vehicle before the appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
For mobile service, we require safe access to the vehicle and enough space to work around it. Access to water and electricity is appreciated but not required. If onboard water or power is needed, an equipment fee may apply.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit or debit card, and digital payment platforms.
